Leasing Specialist - Property Management (Licensed Agents Can Keep Doing Sales!)

About the Role

You’ll be the front line of our property management team, turning inquiries into qualified tenants, filling vacancies fast, and delivering white‑glove service from first touch to signed lease. If you already hold a real estate license, you may continue to work residential sales alongside this role.

Full Time Leasing Specialist: Base salary paid weekly plus monthly bonus pay on team and individual goals.

Licensed Agents: Commission per signed Lease paid monthly.

What You'll Do

Prospect & Nurture Leads: Respond to inquiries quickly, pre-screen prospects, schedule/show tours (in-person & virtual), and follow up until lease signing.
Application-to-Lease Execution: Collect and review applications, run background/credit checks, verify income/employment, prepare digital lease agreements, and collect move-in funds (deposits, first month’s rent, fees).
Pipeline & Data Management: Log every touchpoint in the company management system so the team knows status at a glance.
Resident Experience: Provide prompt, empathetic service to current and future residents—answer questions, resolve minor issues, and escalate when appropriate.
Compliance & Documentation: Maintain organized digital files, process addenda/lease changes, and follow Fair Housing, local landlord-tenant, and company policies.
Marketing Support: Partner with marketing to ideate content, reels, open house events, and social ads that drive qualified traffic to upcoming vacancies.
Sales (Optional, if Licensed): Continue to represent buyers/sellers for additional commission income—no need to choose between leasing and sales.

What We Look For

Leasing or real estate sales experience preferred (multifamily or SFR a plus).
Active real estate license (nice to have; required only if you plan to do sales).
Strong written & verbal communication; bilingual a plus.
Reliable transportation and flexible scheduling (evenings/weekends as needed).
