Position Overview

We need an Administrative Assistant who’s the heartbeat of our operations, keeping our office and field installers running smoothly with a smile. You’re organized, dependable, and ready to tackle tasks with a positive attitude. If you’re hungry to make a difference and humble enough to learn, you’ll fit right in with our fun, collaborative crew.

Key Responsibilities

You’ll keep our bus moving forward with enthusiasm and precision:

Phone and Reception: Answer and direct calls with a positive, professional tone; greet visitors like they’re old friends, making them feel welcome from the get-go.
Travel and Logistics: Book hotels and coordinate travel like a pro, ensuring our team gets where they need to be, no stress, no fuss.
Mail and Supplies: Sort and manage mail with ninja-like efficiency. Keep our office and shop stocked with supplies and maintain our work uniform inventory (because we like to look sharp).
CRM and Records: Jump into our CRM to create and update client records, prepare estimates, and generate invoices. Organize digital and paper filing systems so well they’d spark joy in a spreadsheet.
Calendar Mastery: Manage schedules and book appointments with a hungry drive to keep our team on track and ahead of the game.

Skills and Experience:
