Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance and repair tasks
Assist with cleaning and upkeep inside and outside the store
Handle basic painting, stocking, and light repair work
Maintain tools and equipment
Help keep the property safe, clean, and organized
Report maintenance issues to management

Requirements:

Reliable and punctual
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
Basic maintenance or handyman experience preferred, but not required
Ability to work independently and follow directions
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
