Revolution provides our communities with a wide range of the highest-quality medical and adult-use cannabis products. We are hiring a Cultivator to support the daily cultivation operations at our Delavan, IL Cultivation facility. The Cultivator is responsible for supporting daily plant care and cultivation activities to ensure healthy, high-quality cannabis production. This role involves monitoring plant health, maintaining cultivation equipment, recording data, and following all standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with state regulations and company standards. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong attention to detail, reliability, and adherence to safety and biosecurity protocols while contributing to a clean, efficient, and team-oriented grow environment.

Monitor plant health daily, identifying and addressing pests, diseases, or nutrient deficiencies; report concerns to the IPM Manager.
Participate in plant care across all growth stages, including propagation, vegetative, flowering, harvest, and post-harvest phases.
Minimum Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Horticulture, Plant Science, Agronomy, or related field; or equivalent work experience.

Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 25 lbs to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance.
Must be able to work seated/standing as appropriate at workstations for extended periods, maintain body equilibrium while climbing ladders, stairways, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching, and use hands/fingers to hold, grasp, turn, pick, pinch frequently/constantly to complete tasks.
May be exposed to dust, kief, cleaning chemicals, and fumes. Although systems are in place to remove these byproducts, there is still exposure to some degree.
Must be able to wear PPE as appropriate (eye, face, hand, arm, head, foot, body, fall protection), and able to be exposed to hot, cold, wet, or humid conditions while wearing PPE (95 degrees or greater).
Must have visual acuity with/without job aids to perform activities such as: reading, viewing a computer terminal, visual inspection involving small parts/details. Clarity of vision at 20 ft or more in day and night/dark conditions.
