Full Job Description

Overview

You will be the first impression and should be able to address customers with warm invitations and commitment to resolving any concerns. As an essential part of the Soelberg team, you will collaborate and communicate directly with various disciplines, answering messages and phone calls, taking payments, ordering supplies and managing inventory, organizing & performing administrative tasks, engaging with customers and team members. You will thrive in a team role with architectural drafting and account management focus. You will work directly with other members of the customer service team communicating daily with estimators, product designers, marketing representatives and sales managers. You will also daily prepare order confirmations, respond to and support the sales team and coordinate the details for successful customer experiences with appropriate parties.

Responsibilities

Manage workload independently including emails and phone calls, greeting in-house customers and processing order paperwork.
Answer phone calls and emails from sales team members, designers and contractors.
Understand product production, creative uses and material limitations.
Work daily in our order processing software to address customer needs.
Support and contribute to improved customer experience processes.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service
Eagerness to learn and participate in a team environment
Thorough and detail oriented, with emphasis on accuracy
Good communication skills via email, phone and in person
Ability to calmly deal with high-pressure situations and demanding customers
Confident in self and abilities
Ability to independently prioritize tasks, problem solve and contribute to the team
Use of Monday.com and internal order software, training will be provided
Punctual and reliable
Bilingual is a plus, with English fluency required
Work will be done on-site in Orem, UT

This is an hourly position with a Monday to Friday work week from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Soelberg offers competitive pay and benefits. Individual pay is based upon skills and expertise, experience and other relevant factors.
