What You'll Do
- Prepare, mask, and stage parts for painting
- Operate paint booths, spray equipment, and related controls to apply high-quality powder coat finishes
- Inspect parts before and after painting to ensure quality standards are met
- Monitor paint quality and make adjustments as needed
- Perform routine cleaning, startup/shutdown, and preventive maintenance on paint line equipment
- Safely operate hoists and other material-handling equipment
- Report equipment issues, supply needs, or quality concerns to your Lead or Supervisor
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
What We're Looking For
- Previous electrostatic powder coating experience preferred
- Effective English communication (speak, read, write, and understand)
- Able to work a flexible schedule with limited supervision
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 2 lbs constantly, 35 lbs occasionally, and 50 lbs rarely
- Push and pull up to 25 lbs occasionally
- Walk, stand, bend, twist, reach overhead, climb stairs, and grasp tools as necessary
- Pass a pulmonary function test and wear a respirator as required

Your base wage will be between the range noted above per hour and includes eligibility for overtime. The actual wage offer will be based on qualifications, experience, location, and other relevant factors. You’ll have the opportunity to participate in the Production Bonus Plan, which provides opportunities to earn additional compensation based on performance metrics. Bonus eligibility is subject to meeting certain production goals and other criteria as outlined.
