Full Job Description

EHS Recruiting Company is partnering with several established restaurant groups throughout the Tampa Bay area seeking experienced Restaurant Managers, General Managers, Kitchen Managers, Sous Chefs, and other hospitality leaders.

These are separate front-of-house and back-of-house management opportunities with respected restaurant concepts ranging from high-volume casual dining to polished and upscale restaurants. We will match qualified candidates with positions based on their leadership experience, culinary background, preferred location, and career goals.

Restaurant Management Responsibilities

Lead daily restaurant operations, including service, staffing, and guest satisfaction
Recruit, train, coach, and develop front-of-house and back-of-house team members
Oversee shift management and maintain high service standards
Monitor labor, inventory, operating expenses, and restaurant profitability
Resolve guest concerns and create memorable dining experiences
Maintain food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and company standards
Build a positive workplace culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and hospitality

Chef and Kitchen Management Responsibilities

Lead kitchen operations, food preparation, cooking, and production
Train and supervise cooks, prep staff, and culinary team members
Maintain consistent food quality, presentation, portioning, and ticket times
Manage food costs, inventory, ordering, waste, and kitchen labor
Enforce food safety, sanitation, allergen, and food-handling procedures
Support menu execution, recipe standards, and seasonal menu development
Coordinate high-volume service, catering, banquet, or special-event production when applicable
Work closely with restaurant management to deliver an excellent overall guest experience

Qualifications

Two or more years of restaurant management, kitchen management, or chef experience
Previous leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant environment
Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, food service, and hospitality
Proven ability to train, motivate, and retain team members
Experience managing labor, inventory, food costs, and controllable expenses
Understanding of food safety and sanitation requirements
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work a flexible restaurant schedule, including evenings and weekends
Fine dining, polished casual, catering, or banquet experience is helpful for select positions
Culinary training or ServSafe certification is preferred for chef and kitchen leadership roles

Compensation and Benefits
