Project Manager – High-End Residential Construction

Location: Little Rock, AR

As we continue to grow, we’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our leadership team and help guide our high-end residential projects from concept to completion. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact in a company where your expertise and initiative are truly valued.

Position Overview

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of luxury residential construction projects — from pre-construction planning to client handoff. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage people, budgets, and timelines while maintaining the level of excellence our clients expect.

You’ll work closely with clients, designers, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning and execution of custom residential construction projects from start to finish.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work scopes.
Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to ensure seamless project delivery.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout construction — providing consistent updates and maintaining trust.
Identify, assess, and resolve project issues proactively to minimize disruptions.
Conduct jobsite walkthroughs, safety checks, and quality control inspections.
Collaborate with the design and selections teams to align construction details with the homeowner’s vision.
Manage change orders, document progress, and track all relevant project information in our project management system (Buildertrend or similar).
Support and mentor Project Coordinators and other team members to uphold company standards and culture.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in residential construction project management, ideally with custom or high-end builds.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and teams simultaneously.
Strong working knowledge of construction processes, materials, and trades.
Excellent communication and leadership skills with a client-first approach.
Proficiency with project management software (Buildertrend, CoConstruct, or similar).
Solid understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and cost control principles.
Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contracts.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Valid driver’s license and ability to commute to job sites in the Little Rock area.
