The HR Assistant Temporary (full time or part-time) position will support the Human Resources Department at our Littleton office. The position is responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our diverse employee population, while performing clerical and administrative duties under the direction of the Human Resources Manager. This position is also responsible for the daily temperature screenings of all facility staff members and visitors. This position will support the Human Resources Department at our Littleton office. 30+ Hours a week.
**Seasonal
Bilingual: English & Spanish
Pay rate: Based on experience.

**Schedule subject to change during company peak season.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

§ Will serve as employees first point of contact for HR/Payroll questions and needs.

§ Assist employees with their general Human Resources questions and issues, and ensure that appropriate follow-up is made either through final resolution or delegation of issue to another member of the HR department.

§ Responsible for processing and tracking of all pre-employment screenings including drug screening, criminal background checks, and any/all other required/necessary screenings, and communication of results to appropriate Human Resources personnel.

§ Prepare onboarding packets for new hires and conduct new hire orientations. Organize and finalize all paperwork to submit to the Corporate office for timely processing.

§ Enroll all new hires in the timeclocks (tablets).

§ Assist HR Recruiter during job fairs, and any other recruiting support needed to meet organizational goals.

§ Will assist the HR Manager with employee events, other engagement programs, and any other administrative tasks to support the department and the facility.

§ Monitor form and supplies inventory and place reorders or make copies as necessary.

§ Responsible for reports, statements and other miscellaneous distributions (i.e., weekly pay checks, 401(k) quarterly reports, SPD’s, etc.)

§ Assist employees with employee orders.

§ Filing, scanning, faxing, and other clerical duties as assigned.

§ Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state laws, regulations, and policies.

Qualification Requirements:

Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must have a minimum of one year prior experience in Human Resources, or equivalent experience and/or education.
