Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Practice Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our Specialty Dental Practice. This role is vital in driving business growth, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a high-performing team environment. As a Practice Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, streamlining processes, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your leadership will directly impact the success and sustainability of the practice, making it an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional eager to make a significant impact.

Duties

Lead and manage all aspects of practice operations, including staff supervision, workflow optimization, and resource allocation
Manage and execute all areas of HR such as: Recruiting, onboarding, coaching, separations, performance, disciplinary, enforcing office policies, following labor laws, executing benefits, staffing schedules, time off requests, etc.
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance business growth and operational efficiency
Oversee Accounts Receivables throughout the Practice and work with staff to better our systems.
Drive business development initiatives to expand client base and increase revenue streams
Manage project timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of objectives through effective project management practices
Work with website team to keep our website up to date and current
Manage all daily front and back office operations
Foster a positive team environment by developing staff skills, conducting performance reviews, and promoting team leadership and development
Utilize data-driven decision-making to identify process improvements, streamline operations, and enhance customer service quality
Ensure HIPAA and OSHA compliancy throughout the Practice
Ensuring Practice Handbook reflects up to date and accurate office policies and benefits.
Handle escalated patient concerns with Professionalish and empathy

Experience

Proven management experience in a professional or dental office setting with a focus on operational oversight
Demonstrated success in profit & loss management, financial analysis, and strategic planning
Strong background in team management, business development, and process improvement initiatives
Experience with, Microsoft word and Excel data analysis for reporting and decision-making purposes
Skilled in project management methodologies with a track record of leading operational projects successfully
Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to lead executive-level teams and supervise diverse staff members
Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations, management principles and operational best practices to optimize efficiency and reduce waste
