The Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) was established in 1927. Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) - Please attach your SOQ to your application. Applications received without an SOQ will not be considered. Resumes and cover letters will not be accepted in place of an SOQ.
The SOQ must be no more than two pages in length, with one-inch margins, and in 12-point Arial font. Responses must be numbered and presented in the order as they appear in the job announcement. 1. Describe your experience leading audit teams in performing risk-based compliance, fiscal, performance, and information technology audits in accordance with International Standards for the professional Practice of Internal Auditing and/or Generally Accepted Government Auditing Standards.
2. Describe your experience building and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders, peers, and staff at all levels.
