Job Description and Duties

This position is located at the DMV Headquarters in Sacramento.

The Information Systems Division End User Support 1 Team is currently seeking a dedicated Information Technology Associate to join our team! This position plays a key role in Technical Assistance, System Maintenance, and Troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

Working/troubleshooting hardware and software
Managing support tickets/Managing Service Desk calls

Working Conditions

Part-time telework available. Telework requires California residency. This position offers hybrid telework opportunities; however, telework arrangements are subject to change at any time based on State & departmental operational needs. Employees may be required to report to the office as necessary.

The incumbent performs work indoors in a climate-controlled environment under artificial lighting. The incumbent must carry a cell phone and respond to calls after hours to lead multi-disciplinary IT professionals' team(s) in organizing, analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving IT system problems; Organization-wide travel is integral to our operations and will be required of all team members as necessary.
