Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with customers, and ensuring an enjoyable experience for all patrons.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
Manage cash handling processes, including processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
Engage with guests to provide recommendations on drinks and menu items, enhancing their overall dining experience.
Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for both staff and customers.
Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels of beverages and supplies, placing orders as necessary.
Participate in special events such as banquets or private parties, providing tailored service as required.

Skills

Proven experience in bartending or food service within a restaurant or fine dining setting is preferred.
Strong knowledge of food handling practices and cash handling procedures.
Familiarity with Aloha POS system or similar point-of-sale software is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
A solid understanding of brewing techniques and cocktail preparation methods is desirable.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Sales skills that contribute to upselling menu items and enhancing customer satisfaction.
