Full Job Description

Cache Valley Women's Center is a leading women's OB/GYN clinic dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to women of all ages. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and professional individual to join our team Full-Time. This individual would work in multiple areas including front desk and front office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone able to work 4-5 days per week, Monday - Thursday from 8 am - 5 pm, and Fridays from 8 am - 2 pm. This individual should enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for providing excellent customer service. You will be surrounded by a supportive and fun team of staff, physicians, and patients. Please note that this is not a summer/seasonal position. We are looking for an applicant that can commit to long term employment.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and staff in a warm, friendly manner.
Manage the reception area, ensuring a clean and organized workspace and environment.
Schedule appointments as needed.
Verify patient information, collect necessary forms, and ensure accurate data entry into the electronic medical records system.
Assist patients with completing required forms and ensure all necessary documents are obtained.
Process patient payments, insurance verification, and provide assistance with billing inquiries.
Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow and timely communication.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
Other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience as a medical office receptionist or similar customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in using computer systems.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling patient information.
Knowledge of medical terminology and experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
Spanish speaking is helpful.
