Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Chocolate Maker to join our dynamic culinary team. In this role, you will make many of our delicious confections. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment dedicated to the art of chocolate making and all things sweet.

Duties

Prepare and blend ingredients to create a variety of chocolates, including truffles, bars, and specialty confections
Operate and maintain kitchen equipment such as tempering machines, mixers, and molds with safety and efficiency
Follow detailed recipes accurately to ensure consistency across all products
Package finished products securely while maintaining food safety standards and presentation quality
Maintain a clean, organized workspace by adhering to food safety management protocols and sanitation procedures
Assist in high-volume production runs while ensuring quality control at every stage of the process

Skills

Knowledge of food safety regulations and food safety management practices
Ability to follow detailed recipes precisely while maintaining efficiency during high-volume production
Basic math skills for measurements, portioning, and inventory management
Ability to multi task and stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift and carry heavy containers and ingredients
