Automotive Mechanic/Technician Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and organize for the day by reviewing the schedule and parts needed to complete repairs.
- Completing quality and consistent digital vehicle inspections.
- Proficiently & accurately diagnose and repair: Brakes, steering, suspension, tune-ups, heating, exhaust, air conditioning, engines, electrical, transmissions, alignments, and more.
- Completing jobs with a sense of urgency and a positive attitude.
- Attending & participating in any required meetings, events, trainings, outings, etc.
- Meeting or exceeding the expected flat rate hours for the week.
What do you need to be successful as an Automotive Mechanic/Technician at Leavitt Automotive?
- Be a knowledgeable, reliable, and honest employee.
- Have a minimum of 5 years of auto mechanic/technician experience or more in a reputable shop setting.
- Consistently display a positive attitude while being a team player.
- Possess extensive diagnostic experience with ASE certification's and/or the desire to get certified at a MasterTech level.
- Take pride in your work and be willing to go the extra mile to ensure every job is done accurately and in a timely manner.
