What You’ll Do

Guest Experience

Greet guests with a smile and deliver “Unparalleled Hospitality”
Take accurate orders, make recommendations, and help guests feel welcome
Create a positive atmosphere by using “Tropitude” — energy, friendliness, and fun

Food & Smoothie Prep

Prepare fresh ingredients and assemble menu items to brand standards
Make smoothies consistently and accurately
Maintain food safety and sanitation practices at all time
Keep prep stations stocked, clean, and organized

Café Operations

Operate the register, handle payments, and follow cash-handling procedures
Perform regular daily cleaning: kitchen, dining area, restrooms, and workstations
Follow opening, shift, and closing responsibilities
Support your team and jump into any position as needed

What We’re Looking For

Friendly, positive attitude
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work at a fast pace and stay calm under pressure
Great communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to learn and grow into new responsibilities
Must be legally eligible to work within state and federal guidelines

Physical Requirements

Stand/walk for the full duration of your shift
Lift/carry up to 25 lbs (ice, trash, boxes, etc.)
Work in a fast-paced café environment
Regular face-to-face interaction with guests and team members

Schedule Expectations

Flexible scheduling
Some early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays may be needed
Shifts typically range 4–8 hours
