What You'll DoImplement Plans of Care With Precision

Carry out treatment plans established by supervising Physical Therapists
Guide patients through therapeutic exercise and treatment programs
Track repetitions, progress, and patient response carefully
Maintain accurate communication with supervising PTs
Reinforce proper exercise technique and patient education

Support Efficient Recovery

Encourage patient consistency and engagement
Help patients progress confidently through their rehabilitation program
Identify concerns or barriers early and communicate them appropriately
Create a positive and motivating treatment environment

Maintain Professional Standards

Protect the integrity of each patient's plan of care
Support clinic efficiency and patient flow
Maintain clean, organized treatment areas
Deliver care that reflects Reactive Physical Therapy's commitment to raising the standard

Clinic Schedule

Full-Time Position
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (3 Days Per Week)
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (2 Days Per Week)
No On-Call Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Utah
New Graduates Welcome
Outpatient experience preferred but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
