Job Title: Front Desk Coordinator

Location: Huntington Beach, CA

The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $25.00 – $26.00 per hour, depending on geographic location, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Employment Type: Temporary (until October 2026, extensions possible)
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Schedule: PART-TIME - Mondays and Thursdays, 8:45 AM – 4:45 PM, with a 30-minute lunch at 12:15 PM

Job Summary:

Greet visitors and staff professionally while ensuring only authorized individuals access the office
Work independently at the front desk, monitoring the lobby area for the majority of shift
Support the Senior Front Office Coordinator with occasional projects
Maintain office and kitchen supply inventory; deliver meals to conference rooms for meetings and executive staff
Manage guest check-in process via iPad kiosk app
Follow daily open/close checklists with strong attention to detail
Tidy common areas (lobby, conference rooms, break room), including wiping surfaces and removing trash

Requirements:

Proficient in Outlook calendars, Microsoft Teams, and basic Excel
Able to quickly learn guest check-in software and kiosk systems
Strong follow-through and attention to detail
Comfortable working independently with periods of downtime
Professional, friendly demeanor with visitors and staff
