What You'll Do

As the General Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our dispensary’s operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include:

Overseeing daily operations, including inventory management, compliance, and customer service.
Leading, mentoring, and managing a diverse team to achieve performance goals.
Ensuring adherence to all state and local cannabis regulations.
Monitoring sales performance and identifying opportunities for growth.
Creating and maintaining a positive, customer-focused atmosphere.

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking a motivated individual who brings experience, leadership, and a customer-first mindset to the table. To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

At least 3 years of management experience, preferably in retail or a related field.
A strong understanding of cannabis regulations and compliance (or a willingness to learn).
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
The ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
