Full Job Description

Job Title: Order Entry Support, Production Scheduling Support, Pre-Production Inspection.

Hours of Work: Depending on demand, PPI will operate up to three shifts. Hours for the shifts are 5:00 A.M. to 1:30 P.M.; 2:30 P.M. to 11:00 P.M.; 11:00 P.M. to 6:30 A.M.; Times of shifts may change depending on demand.

Your hours Mon- Friday 8:00am-4:30pm.

Overtime Hours: There may be mandatory overtime work of up to three hours per day. There may also be voluntary overtime work of up to eight hours per day on Saturdays and Sundays.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Data Entry

Data Entry-Make sure all paperwork going out to the shop has c/s or drawings.
Put all orders within 5 mins.
Powder entry and calculations
Ensure office policies and procedures are being adhered to
Answering phones before second ring
Return emails within 15 mins.
Ensure customer purchase orders are accurately documented by the shop before entering the order.
Help implement procedural and policy changes to improve operational efficiency.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Help ensure filing systems are maintained and current.
Ensure security and confidentiality of data.
Maintain a safe and secure working environment.
Acknowledge customers right away.
Maintain a clean work area.
Work well with team members

Production Support

Be able to work in a Drug Free Environment
Work with a sense of urgency; handle pressure to meet deadlines.
Good Communication Skills
Maintains a safe, clean working environment.
Performs other duties as assigned by manager.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
