Neutec Group is an established distributor of laboratory instrumentation and workflow solutions serving the food, pharmaceutical, microbiology, life sciences, academic, and government markets throughout North America.

For more than 20 years, we have helped laboratories improve quality, efficiency, productivity, and results through innovative laboratory technologies and strong technical support.

We are looking for a hands-on marketing professional who enjoys building programs, creating content, and working closely with technical and sales teams.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of marketing within a small, established company, shape our strategy, and make a visible impact on business growth.

About the Role

The B2B Marketing Manager will plan and execute marketing initiatives across digital, content, email, social media, product launches, webinars, trade shows, and sales support.

You will work directly with company leadership, sales specialists, and technical team members to turn complex laboratory technologies into clear, compelling marketing content.

You will not be expected to personally perform every specialized marketing function. You will manage external partners and freelancers for areas such as video production, graphic design, website development, SEO, and paid advertising when needed.

This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working independently, managing multiple projects, and combining strategy with hands-on execution.

What You’ll Do

Develop and manage an annual marketing plan aligned with company sales and growth priorities.
Build and maintain a practical content and campaign calendar.
Create and coordinate product launch campaigns.
Develop marketing content for laboratory instrumentation and workflow solutions.
Manage Neutec’s LinkedIn presence and other relevant social media activity.
Plan and execute email campaigns, newsletters, webinars, and digital promotions.
Interview technical and sales team members and turn their expertise into useful customer content.
Coordinate product demonstration videos, educational videos, customer stories, and short-form social content.
Update website content, product pages, landing pages, and marketing materials.
Support SEO and Google Ads initiatives while overseeing external specialists.
Manage relationships with marketing agencies, freelancers, videographers, graphic designers, and web developers.
Support trade shows with coordinated pre-show, onsite, and post-show campaigns.
Create sales tools, presentations, brochures, case studies, application-focused content, and product communications.
Track campaign results, website activity, lead generation, and other meaningful performance indicators.
Recommend how marketing resources and budgets should be allocated.
Maintain a consistent and professional brand across customer touchpoints.

What We’re Looking For

3–5 years of B2B marketing experience.
Experience working in a small or midsize company where responsibilities were varied and hands-on.
Strong writing, editing, communication, and storytelling skills.
Experience creating content for digital campaigns, email, social media, websites, webinars, or product launches.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and move projects forward independently.
Experience working with external agencies, freelancers, or creative vendors.
Ability and interest in learning technical products and communicating their value clearly.
Comfortable collaborating with company leadership, sales professionals, and technical subject-matter experts.
Familiarity with CRM, email marketing, website analytics, and digital marketing platforms.
Practical understanding of SEO, paid search, and lead generation.

Helpful Experience

Experience in one or more of the following areas is helpful but not required:

Additional Skills That Would Be Valuable

Experience with LinkedIn marketing.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO.
Experience using Canva or similar design platforms.
Basic video creation or editing experience.
Experience with webinars and virtual events.
Familiarity with AI tools used for content development, research, campaign planning, and marketing productivity.
Experience developing technical, educational, or application-focused content.

What Success Looks Like

During the first year, the successful candidate will help Neutec:

Establish a consistent marketing and content calendar.
Increase the frequency and quality of digital and social media activity.
Produce new product videos and educational content.
Improve coordination between marketing and sales.
Strengthen product launches and trade show campaigns.
Evaluate existing marketing vendors and recurring marketing expenses.
Improve tracking of campaign performance and lead sources.
Create a more consistent pipeline of qualified customer interest.
