Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Comfort Advisor to join our team and drive exceptional customer experiences in the realm of home comfort solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to blend technical expertise with customer support, guiding clients through complex product selections and tailored solutions. As a Comfort Advisor, you will be instrumental in fostering long-term relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering innovative heating, cooling, and smart home systems that enhance comfort and efficiency. Your energetic approach and technical proficiency will help us build trust and satisfaction with every interaction.

Duties

Engage with customers to assess their comfort needs, providing expert guidance on HVAC systems, smart home integrations, and related enterprise software solutions.
Conduct detailed product demonstrations and technical presentations, showcasing the benefits of various comfort solutions tailored to client requirements.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales teams, project managers, and technical support to design customized solutions that meet client specifications.
Manage the sales process from initial consultation through deal closing, ensuring seamless communication and customer satisfaction throughout.
Utilize CRM systems such as Service Titan to track customer interactions, manage leads, and support business development efforts within the technology sector.
Delivering compelling solution sales pitches.
Maintain strong client relationships through ongoing communication, technical support, and follow-up to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

Proven experience in technical sales within a corporate or enterprise software environment, especially involving solution design for complex systems.
Hands-on experience with CRM systems such as Service Titan for managing client relationships and sales pipelines.
Demonstrated ability in sales engineering solution design, product demos, technical presentations, and deal closing strategies.
Excellent communication skills for client interaction, technical explanation, and cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with enterprise software solutions related to business development within technology sectors is highly desirable.
