Full Job Description

Overview:
Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you enjoy multitasking, maintaining accuracy, and making a meaningful impact?

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting and Administrative Assistant to support our accounting team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices and payments, and ensuring our accounting systems and CRM remain organized and up to date.

The ideal candidate is a positive, self-motivated team player who can stay focused in a computer-based environment and is committed to accuracy and follow-through. This position is well-suited for someone who enjoys working with numbers, values organization, and takes pride in delivering precise, high-quality work.

Responsibilities:

Enter vendor invoices and financial data into QuickBooks and internal CRM systems
Process incoming payments and update accounting records accordingly
Monitor accounts receivable and assist with collections communications
Maintain accurate financial and operational records
Monitor invoice syncing between systems and resolve discrepancies
Assist with monthly inventory tracking and reconciliation
Support internal teams with invoicing and service documentation

Qualifications:

At a minimum, this position will require that the employee have the following qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience using QuickBooks Online required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent time management with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Ability to work independently and follow through on assignments
Previous experience in accounting support, bookkeeping, administrative support, or data entry
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel or similar spreadsheet tools
Fast and accurate data entry skills
Ability to quickly learn internal processes and the operation of Spaceman equipment
Comfortable using computers and web-based software for day-to-day tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
