Summary

Are you eager to expand your real estate career without starting from zero?

The Chase Group is seeking a licensed agent to join forces with one of our top-performing agents as a Production Partner. This exceptional role offers the chance to collaborate closely with an experienced professional, gain practical experience through real transactions, and simultaneously develop your own client base while contributing to their success.

In the role of Production Partner, you will assist buyers throughout the purchasing journey and actively grow your business by hosting open houses, leveraging your network, engaging in circle prospecting, and following up on leads. Depending on the Lead Agent’s workload, you may also provide support with listings.

Responsibilities

Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch - Designed to set you up for success
Work with Lead Agent to guide their clients to homes - You will assist on both the buying and selling side
Host Open Houses - This is a great way to showcase listings and pick up potential buyers
Schedule & Show Homes - You will assist in finding buyers a new home
Attend Inspections and Walkthroughs - You will learn and support the lead agent
Attend Appraisals - You will learn and support the lead agent
Lead Generate - You will gain knowledge on how to grow your business and create a strong pipeline

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who is coachable, dependable, and excited to grow. An active Ohio real estate license is required. If you're willing to learn, enjoy working with people, and want to accelerate your career by partnering with an experienced agent, we'd love to talk.

Strong people skills
Enthusiastic and optimistic attitude
Comfortable with large amounts of driving
Skilled at assessing clients’ preferences and aligning them with suitable properties
Eager to learn and grow professionally
Driven and goal-oriented with a track record of achievement
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Ohio real estate license required
