You will spend the majority of your workday OUTDOORS IN ASSIGNED NEIGHBORHOODS, approaching homeowners, starting conversations, identifying opportunities, and scheduling appointments.
This is NOT a remote position, office-only position, desk job, telemarketing position, or work-from-home opportunity.
You will be expected to work in the field, approach homeowners face-to-face, handle rejection professionally, and work toward daily performance goals.

THE OPPORTUNITY
C&M Home Revival is looking for motivated, outgoing, and dependable individuals to join our field team as Neighborhood Appointment Setters.
You do not need previous sales, construction, or appointment-setting experience.
We provide paid training and teach you the process.
Your responsibility is simple:
Start conversations → Identify homeowner interest → Schedule qualified appointments.
You are not expected to sell a roofing or remodeling project at the door.
Our specialists handle the consultation and project details.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Neighborhood Appointment Setter, you are often the first impression of C&M Home Revival.
Your daily responsibilities include:
- Travel with the team to assigned neighborhoods
- Approach homeowners door-to-door
- Introduce C&M Home Revival and our services
- Start friendly and professional conversations
- Identify homeowner needs and potential interest
- Answer basic questions about our services
- Schedule qualified in-home appointments
- Record appointments and notes accurately in our CRM
- Represent C&M Home Revival professionally
- Work toward daily and weekly performance goals
- Communicate with management and follow established processes
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching
You don't need to know how to install a roof, replace a window, build a gate, or remodel a kitchen.
Your job is to create the opportunity and connect the homeowner with the appropriate specialist.

Your job is to identify the opportunity and schedule the homeowner with the appropriate specialist.
SCHEDULE & WORK ENVIRONMENTMONDAY–FRIDAY8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Each morning begins with team training, coaching, and strategy before heading into assigned neighborhoods.
This is a full weekday field position and requires reliable attendance.
You should expect to:
- Spend significant time outdoors
- Walk through assigned neighborhoods
- Approach homeowners throughout the day
- Have frequent face-to-face conversations
- Work toward measurable daily goals
- Receive coaching and performance feedback
This position requires consistent physical presence in the field.

- Are available Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
- Are comfortable working outdoors for extended periods
- Are comfortable approaching homeowners door-to-door

- Are comfortable speaking with new people throughout the day
- Can communicate professionally with homeowners and management
- Can respond promptly to calls or messages from our hiring team
- Are available for a 10–15 minute phone interview
- Can start within 1–2 weeks if selected
IMPORTANT
This position is based out of our Long Beach office.
Employees must be able to reliably report to the Long Beach office every weekday before traveling to assigned neighborhoods.
Reliable transportation is required.
