A proactive problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.

The successful candidate should have at least two basic IT certifications to better align with the position, such as A+ and Network+.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide end-user support for Windows/macOS systems, hardware, and peripherals.

Manage users and devices using Active Directory/Entra ID, Intune, or equivalent tools.

Handle application deployment, patching, and desktop environment management.

Apply networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi).

Support basic switch, router, VPN, and firewall configurations.

Work with Windows Server and Microsoft 365 fundamentals.

Implement security best practices (endpoint protection, access controls).

Utilize ticketing systems, maintain thorough documentation, and prioritize issues efficiently.
