About us

Join our team! Multi-location private orthodontic practice serving the greater Los Angeles area is seeking an experienced Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator. We are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic, professional, and dedicated to creating an exceptional patient experience in a collaborative team environment.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in building lasting relationships and helping patients feel confident throughout their smile journey. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of orthodontic experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to confidently present treatment plans, discuss financial options, and guide patients through the process of starting treatment. We are looking for someone who excels in a collaborative, team oriented culture and is excited to grow with a modern, patient focused orthodontic practice.

Responsibilities:

Meet with patients and their families to discuss treatment options, answer questions, and provide information about orthodontic treatment plans.
Take digital scans and orthodontic records of patients
Develop and present financial plans and payment options for orthodontic treatment plans that are tailored to each patient's needs and budget.
Effectively communicate with patients, their families, and the orthodontic team to ensure a positive patient experience and successful patient acceptance of treatment.
Coordinate patient appointments and follow-up visits, ensuring that patients are scheduled for the necessary procedures and appointments.
Work closely with the orthodontist to develop customized treatment plans for each patient.
Maintain accurate patient records and update treatment plans as needed.

Requirements:

A team player
Willingness to learn, receive feedback and contribute to the overall team culture
Minimum of two years of experience in the orthodontic field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to connect with patients and their families.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in basic computer skills and dental practice management software.
