Full Job Description

Company Profile

Spectrum Medical Imaging Company is a privately held, full-service Imaging equipment and medical supply distributor, with over 42 years of experience. We have facilitated more than 1,000 installations, predominantly in Southern California, and serve over 800 imaging centers and medical facilities nationwide. We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service and Order Processor to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

Communications:

Handle incoming customer communication via calls, and emails.
Process incoming orders from customer via calls, emails, and web portal.
Process Credit Card customers' payments.
Notify customers of back orders.
Acting as a liaison between our Sales Representative and our customers when needed.

Order Processing Platform:

Manage existing and new customer accounts.
Streamline the customer accounts as needed.
Generate invoices for customers with the correct products, pricing, shipping fees and delivery to address.
Work with collections to determine if an account should be filled based on their payment history.
Order processing and credit memo issuing via Sage 100ERP and True Commerce/EDI.
Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure proper documentation of backorders.
Communicate with the customers and Sales Representatives of backorders longer than 48 hrs.
Order returns processing including issuance of credits, and freight claims.
Manage Sage 100 product pricing provided by the Sales Team.
Add/Update Customer Maintenance when our Sales Reps submit new pricing contracts.
Add/Update Customer Maintenance when Product Ordering Manager submits new Manufacturers contracts.
Add/Update Customer Maintenance when Accounts Payable Coordinator on Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) contracts.
Update internal costs of products comprehensively and update pricing for customers.
Update existing products SKU, Product Code, Pricing and Cost.
Generate Reports as needed. (i.e. Inventory Sales History Report, Evaluation Report, Inventory Price List)
End of Month Reports for Accounts Payable and Product Management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
