Job Summary:

The Account Manager II serves as a higher-level liaison and primary point of contact for tax resolution and preparation clients. This role operates in tandem with Tax Professionals and Tax Preparers to manage the full scope of tax services, ensuring clients remain informed and compliant.

Similar to a paralegal, Account Manager II is responsible for high-level case analysis, document collection, and direct communication with all assigned clients. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing a larger client base than Account Manager I, maintaining precise data within our CRM, and providing the resolution and tax preparation teams with critical information needed to determine optimal service strategies and maintain momentum in service progression

Responsibilities will primarily include, but may not be limited to:

Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client base, providing updates via email, SMS, and mail while delivering excellent customer service
Document Coordination: Collecting, checking the quality of, and uploading client documentation.
Compliance & Monitoring: Monitor deadlines and requirements to ensure ongoing tax compliance
Case Analysis & Strategy: Conduct detailed analyses on client accounts and financial information to help determine the strategy and direction of service
Collaborative Resolution: Work directly with tax professionals to achieve best possible tax solutions for assigned clients.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience: 2+ years of customer service, legal administration, or tax administrative experience.
Industry Knowledge: Proficiency in the Tax Industry and Tax Resolution is required ; prior experience is preferred and subject to assessment.
Technical Proficiency: 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
Data Precision: Advanced data entry skills with a focus on speed, accuracy, and time management.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skillsets.
Organization: Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to monitor multiple deadlines and requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
