About Us

We are a vertically integrated fine jewelry manufacturer based in Downtown Los Angeles, producing high-quality jewelry for leading brands and private-label clients. All stages of production — casting, stone setting, polishing, quality control, and fulfillment — are completed in-house by experienced artisans and production specialists.

Our team values precision, accountability, and craftsmanship. We are seeking a highly organized Jewelry Production & Accounts Coordinator to join our production office and serve as a key link between customer accounts and internal production teams.

Position Overview

The Jewelry Production & Accounts Coordinator is responsible for managing customer orders from intake through final delivery. This role owns the day-to-day coordination of accounts, ensures all production requirements are met, and works closely with internal departments to keep orders moving accurately and on schedule.

This is an office-based production role, ideal for someone with a strong understanding of fine jewelry manufacturing who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Manage assigned customer accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for order-related communication
Receive, review, and process incoming orders to confirm specifications, materials, stones, timelines, and production instructions
Coordinate with production departments to ensure all materials, components, and instructions are prepared prior to production
Track orders throughout the production process and proactively identify and resolve delays or issues
Plan and manage production schedules to meet customer deadlines
Act as a liaison between departments to ensure clear communication and smooth workflow
Prepare invoices and coordinate delivery or shipment of completed orders
Maintain accurate production records, order documentation, and customer information
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce turnaround time

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in jewelry production, manufacturing coordination, or a similar role
Solid understanding of fine jewelry production processes and precious metals
Experience managing customer orders and working cross-functionally with production teams
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Excellent communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple orders simultaneously
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Must be available to work in-person at our Downtown Los Angeles office

Preferred Experience (Not Required)

Jewelry production planning or coordination
Customer account management
Invoicing or order fulfillment experience
Experience working with a jewelry ERP or production/order management system
