Full Job Description

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of verifiable professional experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) as a Mid-Tier Supervisor, Assistant Supervisor, or Program Supervisor (required).
Master's degree in ABA, Education with an ABA specialization, Child Development, Special Education, or a related field; or currently enrolled in a master's degree program with at least 12 units of ABA-related coursework.
Experience administering and interpreting behavioral assessments, including the VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS-R, AFLS, FAST, QABF, and other indirect assessments.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Valid California driver's license with proof of automobile insurance.
Ability to pass a criminal background check and provide documentation of a negative TB test.
Willingness to travel throughout the San Fernando Valley and Santa Clarita service areas.
Demonstrates sound clinical judgment, professionalism, and a strong ethical foundation.
Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage assigned clinical programs to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Conduct in-person observations and use behavioral data to monitor client progress and treatment effectiveness.
Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans.
Train, mentor, and support supervisory staff and Behavior Therapists.
Provide ongoing guidance to Behavior Therapists regarding data collection, program implementation, assessments, and treatment integrity.
Analyze behavioral data to make informed clinical decisions and recommendations.
Prepare and submit progress reports that include data analysis and treatment updates.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Ethical Code.
Collaborate effectively with families, interdisciplinary team members, and internal departments.
Perform other duties reasonably assigned within the scope of the BCBA role.
