Full Job Description

Patient Consultant, Plastic Surgery (Beverly Hills)

Full-time, on-site, Beverly Hills, CA starting at $34.00 per hour plus uncapped commission on booked surgical revenue. Estimated total first-year earnings: $90,000 to $130,000+, based on performance. You will receive training.

A premier Beverly Hills plastic surgery practice is hiring a Patient Consultant to own the complete patient journey, from the very first inquiry to surgery and beyond. This is the revenue seat of the practice: part concierge, part closer, fully accountable for the experience every patient has with us.

What you will own

The sales cycle, end to end. Every new patient inquiry, by phone, web form, email, or social, belongs to you from the moment it arrives. You respond fast, build trust, and convert inquiries into booked consultations for our two surgeons. You sit in the consultation, then guide the patient through their personalized quote, financing options, and the decision to book, and you collect the deposit that makes it real.

The patient experience, end to end. After booking, you stay the patient’s person: pre-operative requirements, medical clearances, labs, consents, and scheduling coordination with our surgical team, through surgery day and into follow-up. You own retention: staying close to past patients, repeat procedures, reviews, and referrals.

The system behind it. You keep the CRM clean and current, every lead, every follow-up, every stage, and you know your numbers: inquiry-to-consult rate, consult-to-surgery conversion, and monthly booked revenue.

What makes you right for this

You have done this work: three or more years in patient-facing consultation or sales in plastic surgery, aesthetics, med spa, dermatology, or luxury healthcare, with a track record of closing. You are polished, warm, and discreet, comfortable presenting five- and six-figure quotes with confidence and asking patients to move forward. You believe in follow-up: consistent, high-volume, pleasantly persistent outreach by phone, text, and email is a core part of this job, not an afterthought. You are organized enough to run pre-op coordination without dropping a thread, and hungry enough to treat every inquiry like revenue. Experience with surgical quoting, patient financing platforms (Cherry, CareCredit, Alphaeon), and EMR systems (DrChrono a plus) puts you at the front of the line. You live within commuting distance of Beverly Hills and work on-site Monday through Friday, with occasional flexibility for events.
