Starting annual income: $135,000.00 (based on experience)
Hiring/Relocation bonus: $10,000
Full Time & Part-Time hours available
Location: Santa Maria, CA

We are currently seeking an Physical Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary home health agency. We offer both full-time and part-time positions, and proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

Mentoring and Training:
Amigo Baby offers a comprehensive three-week paid training program, pairing you with experienced trainers, an ideal opportunity for new graduates or therapists new to pediatric care. After training, you'll be assigned a mentor for ongoing support with any technical or administrative concerns, ensuring you feel comfortable and confident in your role.

We also encourage therapists to participate in monthly Reflective Supervision meetings, where they can discuss challenges and develop effective strategies for working with families in their homes. How You Shine From Others:

An active Physical Therapy license in the state of California
Current CPR certification
Current TB test
Current Physical: Must be physically unrestricted for job requirements
Desire to work with patients in a home setting
Commitment to excellence in your work
Pediatric experience is a plus!
Bilingual experience is also highly valued!

How You'll Succeed Here:

Providing developmental assessments and treatments in a play-based approach for a caseload of children ages birth to 3 years in the home environment
Providing parent education and home programs related to treatment goals as a result of developmental milestones
Collaborating with multidisciplinary team
Completing biannual progress reports utilizing standardized developmental assessment tools to record delays in the developmental milestones and setting goals to reach milestone outcomes
Support and facilitate each child's progress through developmental milestones, increase opportunities for inclusion and enhance trusted caregiver-child relationships
Utilize effective and professional communication skills
Submit documentation and signatures on a semi-monthly basis
Submit Progress Reports and Daily Therapy Notes
Other related duties as assigned
Participate in Monthly Reflective Supervision
