Position Summary

The Account Manager (AM) is responsible for maintaining and growing profitable revenue for the assigned Condit Exhibits' clients. The AM supports the Account Executive (AE) on the strategic aspect of the client relationship and manages tactical aspects of project deliverables. The AM will interact with nearly all internal departments, while maintaining excellent communication with the client. The number one priority of the AM is to ensure client satisfaction and the successful execution of the client's events.

Key Objectives

· Revenue & Profit Growth: Own day-to-day account management tasks to allow AE to focus on new business development activities. Work to uncover and further develop opportunities within existing client base for increased services.

· Client Retention & Loyalty: Provide strategic planning and organization on accounts to encourage renewals and referrals.

· Employee Satisfaction: Collaborate with internal staff to successfully execute jobs on time and within budget.

Position Responsibilities

· In concert with the AE, provide necessary sales support for assigned accounts while maintaining good client relations with all contacts.

· Sales strategy planning in conjunction with AE to grow revenue and profit within current client programs.

· Attends client meetings with AE as part of the selling team or in the absence of AE.

· Maintain show schedule for assigned accounts and update on a quarterly basis.

· Open job numbers and maintain ExhibitForce to reflect the most up to date stage of a project.

· Prepare proposals with cost estimates for projects ranging from new builds to rentals to portables to show services.

· Research show regulations and submit design packages to show management for approval, when required.

· Communicate with team members to keep them abreast of job status and all changes that may affect the project outcome.

· Responsible for reviewing all change order items to ensure all costs are accounted for and that they fall within the given project time constraints and project budget.

· Work with accounting to reconcile charges and ensure that appropriate costs for show services are associated with the correct job.

· Travel to and represent the company in a professional manner while providing top tier customer service at assigned client shows / events as needed / directed.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: HS Diploma or GED required.

Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Or equivalent professional experience)

· Preferred 2-5 years of relevant trade show or industry experience. Passionate about live events!

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Microsoft Office Suite, CRM (ExhibitForce), and Internet proficiency.

· Proven ability to anticipate problems, analyze and determine alternate solutions.

· Ability to work independently, with cross-functional teams.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Outstanding multi-tasking ability.

· Demonstrates a 'can-do' attitude and good business sense.

· Ability to work flexible hours and operate under severe time constraints.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: 70k to 85k (depending on experience)

Work Location: 5151 Bannock St. Ste D, Denver, CO
