Bilingual Marketing & Office Coordinator

Location: Brooks, KY – Serving Louisville & Surrounding Areas
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $20.00–$24.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday 9am-5pm
Language: Bilingual English/Spanish Required

About the Position

JD Contractors & Lawnscaping LLC is a growing contracting company providing services throughout Louisville, KY and surrounding areas. Our office is located in Brooks, KY, just south of Louisville.

We are looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated Bilingual Marketing & Office Coordinator to join our team full-time.

This is a combined office administration and marketing position. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling daily office responsibilities while also managing our social media, website, and marketing content. This position will require both office work and occasional travel to local properties and job sites to gather photos, videos, and other marketing content.

Office & Administrative Responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers and property managers.
Send invoices and customer statements.
Follow up on outstanding and past-due invoices.
Maintain detailed notes of payment follow-ups and customer communications.
Assist with scheduling jobs, appointments, and employee schedules.
Follow up on estimates, proposals, approvals, invoices, and other outstanding items.
Organize receipts, invoices, paperwork, and company records.
Respond to emails and customer requests.
Maintain and update company spreadsheets and tracking systems.
Organize digital and physical company files.
Assist office staff with daily administrative responsibilities.
Help ensure assigned tasks and follow-ups are completed on time.
Perform other general office duties as needed.

Marketing & Digital Content Responsibilities

Manage and regularly update the company's social media accounts.
Plan and maintain a consistent social media posting schedule.
Visit apartment communities, properties, and job sites to take photos and videos of our work.
Gather content showing completed projects, before-and-after results, ongoing work, and company services.
Create and post photos, videos, reels, stories, project updates, and other engaging content.
Edit and organize company photos and videos for marketing purposes.
Maintain an organized company library of all original and edited photos, videos, and marketing files in company-controlled Google Drive folders.
Update and maintain the company's Google Sites website, including services, project photos, completed work, and company information.
Keep website content current and regularly add new projects.
Help maintain and update the company's Google Business Profile and overall online presence.
Create flyers, advertisements, promotional materials, and other marketing content.
Help promote the company's landscaping, painting, construction, maintenance, and other services.
Communicate professionally with property managers and customers while visiting properties.
Develop new ideas and strategies to increase company visibility and promote our services.
Assist with company events, promotions, and other marketing activities.

Google Workspace & Technology

Strong experience with Google Workspace is preferred, including:

Gmail
Google Drive
Google Sheets
Google Docs
Google Calendar
Google Forms
Google Sites

The candidate should be comfortable creating and maintaining spreadsheets, organizing shared company folders, managing calendars and emails, updating documents, and maintaining an organized digital filing system.

Experience with Canva, photography, video editing, and social media management is preferred.

Qualifications

Must be bilingual in English and Spanish — speaking, reading, and writing.
Previous office administration, marketing, or similar experience preferred.
Strong computer and Google Workspace skills.
Social media management and content creation experience preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable communicating professionally with customers regarding invoices and outstanding balances.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Dependable and able to follow through on assigned responsibilities.
Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Comfortable working independently as well as assisting other office staff.
Comfortable working both in the office and visiting local properties/job sites.
Comfortable taking photos and videos for company marketing.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of their responsibilities, stay organized, communicate professionally, and help keep both our office operations and company marketing running efficiently.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
