Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Kitchen Manager and lead our culinary operations with energy, precision, and passion! In this vital role, you will oversee daily kitchen activities, ensure exceptional food quality, and foster a vibrant team environment. Your leadership will drive efficiency, uphold food safety standards, and deliver memorable dining experiences that keep guests coming back. We’re seeking a motivated professional ready to manage a fast-paced kitchen while inspiring excellence at every turn.

Responsibilities

Supervise all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation, ensuring consistency and quality.
Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste through effective food management practices.
Oversee food safety protocols in compliance with health regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
Lead staff training and development initiatives to enhance culinary skills, customer service, and team collaboration.
Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales tracking with accuracy.
Coordinate shift management by scheduling staff efficiently to meet service demands while maintaining high standards of hospitality.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to foster a motivated and skilled team.

Qualifications

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management within quick service or fast food restaurant environments.
Must have tummy safe or Servsafe certification.
Demonstrated ability to supervise staff effectively, with experience in training, interviewing, and team leadership.
Familiarity with inventory control, food safety management, budgeting, and profit & loss analysis.
Excellent communication skills suited for managerial roles in hospitality settings; capable of managing hospitality teams with confidence.
Prior experience in casual dining or fine dining establishments is preferred; banquet or catering experience is a plus.
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and customer satisfaction.
