Senior EVS Sales Executive — Long-Term Care

Atlanta MSA / Gainesville, GA | Hunter-Profile | First-Year OTE Built for Closers

The Opportunity

First-year On-Target Earnings (OTE) are expected to range from $165K to $200K+, with upside tied directly to performance. Base salary will be negotiated based on experience and fit.

We are expanding our 24-year services platform into healthcare environmental services and are hiring one senior sales executive to own the Atlanta MSA and Gainesville territory. This is not a caretaker role. You will build the book, set the pace, and define the market presence — backed by a validated pipeline, operational infrastructure, and a leadership team that has already done the heavy lifting.

This is not a typical sales role where you are stepping into a crowded territory or competing internally for opportunity. You will own the region, drive the commercial strategy, and build the business with the support of an established back office, training program, and delivery infrastructure.

If you know how to open doors with long-term care and post-acute buyers — and you can prove you're a hunter — we will train you on the workforce side.

What You Will Own

Full P&L responsibility for territory development across the 29-county Atlanta MSA and Gainesville/Hall County
End-to-end sales cycle: direct outreach, discovery, proposal, and close on validated in-house SNF targets
Pipeline command: accurate forecasting, weekly pipeline reviews, and full CRM ownership
Field presence: site walks, RFP responses, and competitive positioning against national contractors and in-house EVS departments
Mobilization partnership: work directly with operations leadership on transition planning for every new account
Network development: build referral relationships with adjacent vendors (medical laundry, infection prevention product reps, GPO contacts, healthcare brokers) to create a self-sustaining lead engine

What Is Already in Place

You are not selling a concept. You are selling an operational capability that exists today:

Validated pipeline of in-house SNF targets with complete sales intelligence dossiers
Survey success playbook: a regulation-anchored, documentation-first product backed by a master training manual and full SOP library
Differentiated positioning: you will sell a real differentiator, not a commodity bid — survey-readiness deliverables that administrators actively want
Full back office: training program, delivery infrastructure, and operational support already built
Onboarding ramp: structured product and industry training so a strong closer from an adjacent field can get up to speed fast

We already have target accounts identified, operational capability in place, and a leadership team committed to supporting the effort. For the right person who can open doors, build relationships, and close business, the compensation is designed to be meaningful — and the opportunity is bigger than just a job.

Who We Are Looking For

Must-haves:

7+ years of B2B sales with a demonstrable hunter track record — you have opened net-new accounts and built books from scratch, not just managed inherited relationships
Access to the buyer. You either already sell into long-term care, post-acute, or acute-care facilities — or you sell an adjacent product into that same buyer today and can bring warm relationships with Administrators, Regional DOs, and Owner/Operators
Local presence or a real local network. You know the North Georgia / Atlanta MSA healthcare landscape, or you have relationships here that open doors on day one. (Strong out-of-market hunters with a transferable network will be considered with relocation support.)
The drive to build. You are energized by an early-stage division with a ground-floor opportunity, not looking for a territory to coast in

Adjacent backgrounds we actively welcome — if you know this buyer, we will teach you the rest:

Chemical and cleaning sales into healthcare (e.g., Ecolab, Diversey, Sysco/US Foods janitorial)
Medical laundry, linen, and textile services
Infection prevention and control product sales
Dietary, food service, and nutrition contracts
Healthcare staffing, therapy, and contract services
Medical device, GPO, or capital equipment sales into SNFs and hospitals

What Gives You an Edge

Existing Atlanta MSA / North Georgia SNF relationships (Administrators, Regional DOs, Owner/Operators)
Familiarity with CMS survey processes and the regulatory landscape SNFs operate within
Experience selling against and beating entrenched incumbents (Aramark, Sodexo, Compass/Crothall/Morrison, HHS, Healthcare Services Group) or in-house EVS departments
AHE membership; CHEST or T-CHEST certification
Working knowledge of SNF operating economics — PPD reimbursement context, Medicaid cost reports, administrator buying behavior
Prior success selling adjacent services into the same buyer

These sharpen your candidacy — they are not gatekeepers. A proven hunter with the right network who is missing some of these will still get a serious look.

Territory & Expectations

Primary coverage: Atlanta MSA (29-county metro) and Gainesville/Hall County
Field time: ~60–70% (site walks, in-person discovery, proposal delivery)
Reports to: Vice President
