Full Job Description

Corporate Business Office Coordinator

Applicants must thrive in a fast paced environment and be able to juggle multiple projects.

45,000 to 55,000 salary

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answer phone and screen calls to direct to appropriate supervisor or department, take messages when applicable

Receive all visitors, including but not limited to vendors, residents and/or their family members, other guests, etc.

Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating meals, when necessary

Assist with corporate events: eg. annual awards night, biannual team meetings, leadership meetings, etc.

Scan resident payments received at corporate office and provide documentation to billing for cash posting

Scan all Resident Trust Account payments for all facilities and provide documentation to private collections assistant

Post Barrington payments

Census maintenance for billing

Fold and mail all facility billing and collection statements

Accept and process payment of residents and outpatient bills when paying in person

Other Miscellaneous billing projects as needed

Provide administrative support for all other accounting departments

Receive and put away supply deliveries

Sort and process corporate mail

Sort and process intraoffice/facility mail

Provide direction to applicants and new hires. Understand and assist with hiring processes

Assemble Employee Files and assist with completion and compliance for new hires

Employee filing as well as Nurse Practitioner credentialing files

Upload documents to resident profiles in PCC, HCS and E-Admit

General typing for supervisors

Maintain snack drawer

Conduct drug screens on pre-hires and random selections

Other administrative duties as assigned
