Full Job Description

Position Summary

Culligan of Lubbock is seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our billing, collections, payment processing, customer-account maintenance, and general office operations.

The ideal candidate will have previous office administration, billing, accounts-receivable, collections, or customer-service experience. Experience with ServiceTitan and QuickBooks is strongly preferred.

Primary Responsibilities

· Collections and Accounts Receivable

· Billing and Invoice Processing

· Credit Card and Electronic Payment Processing

· Declined Payment Follow-Up

· Salt Route Billing and Account Administration

· Customer Account Review and Maintenance

· ServiceTitan Data Entry and Account Updates

· Membership and Recurring Service Verification

· QuickBooks and Financial Record Support

· Daily Mail Collection and Distribution

· General Office and Administrative Support

· Completion of Additional Duties and Projects as Assigned

Qualifications

· Previous office administration, billing, collections, accounts-receivable, or customer-service experience preferred

· Experience with ServiceTitan preferred

· Experience with QuickBooks preferred

· Comfortable calling on past-due accounts

· Strong computer and data-entry skills

· Strong organizational and time-management skills

· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

· Professional telephone and email communication skills

· Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and daily deadlines

· Ability to work independently and complete tasks efficiently

· Dependable attendance and punctuality

· Ability to professionally handle confidential customer and financial information
