Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse specializing in Emergency Room (ER) care to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive nursing services in a fast-paced, acute care environment, ensuring immediate and effective patient assessment, intervention, and management. This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on patient outcomes through expert clinical judgment, efficient triage, and collaborative teamwork.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Perform thorough patient assessments upon arrival, including vital signs, medical history review, and physical examinations to determine acuity levels.
Deliver emergency interventions such as airway management, IV infusion, suturing, and medication administration with precision and adherence to aseptic techniques.
Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems like Epic or Cerner for accurate documentation of patient care activities and medical records management.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients experiencing acute pain, trauma, or critical illnesses.

RN01

Required Qualifications:

Min 2 years of RN ER experience required
RN State license
ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC
