This is a true entry-level position designed as a career-track role for someone who wants to build a long-term future in the legal field. At our firm, this role serves as a "Paralegal in Training." We provide the environment and the mentorship for you to learn the complexities of case management—from the initial filing and medical requests to the final resolution. We aren’t just looking for administrative support; we are looking for a future Litigation Paralegal who is a proactive learner and driven by professional growth.

The Impact You’ll Make

As a vital member of the trial team, you will support attorneys and senior paralegals in advocating for our clients. Your primary focus will be ensuring every detail of a case is documented, organized, and ready for the courtroom.

Key Responsibilities

Records Management: Request and track critical records, including medical billing, autopsy reports, police records, and OSHA filings.

Legal Drafting: Prepare foundational legal documents such as Initial Disclosures, Witness Designations, Deposition Notices, and Proposed Scheduling Orders.

Trial Advocacy Support: Play a key role in trial preparation by creating exhibit lists, managing deposition designations, and redacting sensitive records.

Client & Witness Coordination: Act as a professional point of contact for clients, expert witnesses, and court officials to schedule depositions, hearings, and home visits.

Medical Management: Conduct medical summaries and facilitate reduction requests to ensure clients receive the best possible outcomes after a settlement.

Administrative Precision: Manage attorney calendars, organize trial notebooks, and assist with focus groups.
