Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. In this role, you will lead and manage a broad spectrum of litigation cases, providing expert legal counsel and advocacy across various practice areas. Your energetic approach and meticulous attention to detail will drive successful case outcomes, ensuring our clients receive top-tier legal representation. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex legal issues, develop innovative strategies, and make a meaningful impact within a collaborative environment.

Duties

Manage all phases of litigation cases, including case assessment, strategy development, and trial preparation.
Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case arguments and stay current on procedural law updates.
Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, motions, contracts, and discovery requests with precision and clarity.
Represent clients in court depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials while maintaining professional courtroom decorum.
Negotiate settlements and alternative dispute resolutions to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
Coordinate with clients to gather pertinent information, provide updates on case progress, and advise on legal options.
Maintain meticulous case management records, ensuring compliance with procedural requirements and deadlines.
Review medical records, bills, expert reports, and other evidence to support claims for damages.

Experience

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school; admission to the state bar is required.
Proven experience in personal injury law, or related fields.
Strong knowledge of procedural law, statutory research methods, and legal motion preparation.
Proficiency in legal research platforms such as Westlaw and LexisNexis; familiarity with legal case management software preferred.
Excellent writing skills for drafting motions, pleadings, and client correspondence.
Demonstrated ability to handle court depositions and trial preparation effectively.
Exceptional client communication skills with a focus on clear legal counsel delivery.
