Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily back-of-house operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and quality
Work hands-on with the kitchen team, leading by example during service
Support the Executive Chef in menu execution, prep, and service standards
Ensure all dishes meet presentation, taste, and quality expectations
Maintain food safety, sanitation, and health code compliance
Assist with inventory control, ordering, and minimizing food waste
Train, coach, and motivate kitchen staff to perform at their best
