Full Job Description

UniversalGEM Gaming is the premier Illinois Video Gaming Terminal Operator with decades of experience in the Amusement and Entertainment industry - a $1.5B industry in the state. UGEM operates video gaming terminals (licensed video slot machines) in nearly 500 Licensed Establishments throughout Illinois (bars, restaurants, gaming parlors, fraternal/veteran organizations, truck stops, and convenience stores), providing the most up-to-date game themes, white glove service, and state-of-the-art operations to its gaming partners.

Candidates must be personable, problem-solving individuals who strive for excellence in all they do. Ideal candidates will have an active Terminal Handler License issued by the Illinois Gaming Board. UGEM offers competitive compensation and benefits and is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

POSITION DUTIES: Duties of Collection Team Members include, but are not limited to:

· Transportation of Company Assets

· Collect, refill and perform basic maintenance on Redemption Terminals (RTs) in Licensed establishments

· Collect from Video Gaming Terminals (VGTs) installed at Licensed Establishments

· Information Reporting

· Accurately record information from VGTs

· Record and interpret information from RTs

· Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair common issues with VGTs and RTs

· Administrative

· Interact with establishment owners and patrons in a professional and courteous manner

· Adhere to all Company policies and documented procedures

· Obtain and maintain a Terminal Handler License from the Illinois Gaming Board

· Ensures all security procedures are followed

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

· High School Diploma required

· Must be able to follow direction

· Must have strong oral and written communication skills

· Must exhibit a courteous demeanor

· Must be able to pass a criminal background check

· Clean Driving Record

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Previous gaming experience in the Illinois Video Gaming industry

· Terminal Handler's License through the Illinois Gaming Board
