1+ years pizza making experience a plus
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Excellent oral communication skills
Able to maintain cleanliness of work station
Must be able to work on your feet all day
Willing to work a flexible schedule
Ability to make menu items according to recipes
Experience with food prep and maintaining fast speed of service
Ability to work without direction and stay focused
Experience with a pizza rolling machine is a must
Neapolitan pizza making experience is a plus (adds $1 more per hour)
Perform opening and closing side work
Basic sanitation knowledge
Sanitation certificate a plus

Responsibilities

Prepare and assemble pizza ingredients, ensuring high standards of food preparation and safety.
Cook pizzas to perfection, monitoring cooking times and temperatures.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food handling regulations.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service and communication during busy periods.
Assist in menu planning and contribute to a positive dining experience for customers.
