Business Development Representative (B2B Sales)

Base Salary: $40,000-$50,000 + Uncapped Commission

What You’ll Do

As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be responsible for generating new business opportunities and introducing business owners to marketing solutions that help them grow.

Your responsibilities include:

Prospecting new business through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, networking events, referrals, and in-person meetings.
Building genuine relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
Conducting discovery conversations to understand business challenges and opportunities.
Presenting Unknown Media House’s marketing partnership solutions using our proven sales process.
Managing your pipeline from first conversation through signed agreement.
Maintaining accurate CRM records and consistent follow-up.
Collaborating with leadership and our marketing team to ensure an exceptional client experience.
Representing Unknown Media House professionally throughout your territory and local business community.

Preferred Qualifications

1-2+ years of B2B sales or business development experience.
Marketing, advertising, media, or consultative sales experience.
Existing network within local business communities.
Experience selling solutions instead of products.

Marketing experience isn’t required, but a genuine interest in business, marketing, and helping companies grow is expected. We’ll teach you our systems—the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn are what matter most.

Compensation

$40,000-$50,000 base salary
Uncapped accelerating commission
Renewal commissions on retained clients
On-target earnings of $90,000-$170,000+
No earning ceiling

Your compensation is directly tied to your performance. The more value you create for clients and the more business you generate, the more you earn.
