We are seeking reliable, professional drivers to provide non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) to patients traveling to and from healthcare appointments.
Our drivers are trusted with supporting one of the most vulnerable populations in the country. This work requires more than technical skill—it requires compassion, emotional awareness, and a commitment to treating every passenger with dignity and respect. What You’ll Do
- Arrive before your scheduled shift, ready to provide unparalleled customer services
- Safely transport patients to and from medical appointments
- Follow assigned routes and schedules with a high level of punctuality
- Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle when needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional vehicle environment
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding schedules and delays
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies
- Handle basic documentation and trip logs accurately
What We’re Looking For
Required
- Age 25+ (insurance requirement)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass:
- Background check
- Drug screening
- Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review
- Strong attendance and punctuality history
- Ability to lift and assist passengers as needed
- Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills
Preferred
- Experience in transportation, healthcare, or caregiving roles
- Familiarity with vans, paratransit, or passenger transport
- Experience working with elderly or vulnerable populations
Physical Requirements (Essential Functions)
This role requires the ability to perform physical tasks associated with assisting passengers safely and effectively. Candidates must be able to meet the following requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation:
- Lift and support 75 pounds or more unassisted, when necessary
- Assist passengers with boarding and exiting vehicles
- Stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
- Safely maneuver mobility aids such as wheelchairs and walkers
- Maintain physical stamina throughout scheduled routes
This is a physically demanding role requiring consistent strength, mobility, and endurance.

- Communicate proactively with dispatch if issues arise
- Maintain professionalism with all patients and staff
- Follow company procedures and safety protocols at all times
