Full Job Description

RN – Home Health | Earn $100K–$115K/year | Flexible Schedule Kure Home Health | Tulare County & Surrounding Areas Kure Home Health is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) who are looking for flexibility, autonomy, and a compensation structure that reflects the full scope of their work.
This role is ideal for nurses who are organized, efficient, and comfortable managing their own schedule while delivering high-quality patient care. Compensation & Earning Potential This position offers a competitive, performance-driven compensation structure supported by consistent patient volume. Estimated Earnings (Based on 5–6 Visits Per Day) Conservative Range: $375–$425 per day
Realistic Average: $425–$475 per day
Strong Performance: $475–$500 per day Weekly Equivalent: $2,000 – $2,400
Annual Range: approximately $100,000 – $115,000. The ranges above reflect a typical full-time schedule. Nurses who elect to complete additional OASIS visits (SOC/Recertifications) may have the opportunity to earn above the listed range.
Earnings may vary based on productivity, patient mix, and scheduling.

Schedule & Expectations

Flexible schedule, typically Monday–Friday
Average caseload: 5–6 visits per day
On-call rotation required, including at least one weekend and holidays
On-call is typically low volume and unlikely to require a full shift or frequent field visits

✔ Geographically clustered scheduling to support efficiency
✔ Focus on manageable caseloads and work-life balance Coverage Area Tulare, Visalia, Porterville, Dinuba, Exeter, Lindsay, Farmersville, and surrounding areas✔ Assigned territories to help minimize travel
✔ Organized scheduling for efficiency

Key Responsibilities

Conduct patient visits, including Start of Care (SOC), routine visits, and recertifications
Complete clinical documentation, including OASIS (training available if needed)
Manage and prioritize daily caseload
Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team

Qualifications

Active California RN license
Minimum 1 year RN experience
Current BLS certification (AHA)
Strong clinical assessment and time management skills
Ability to work independently
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
