Full Job Description

Associated Physicians is currently seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible General Obstetrician/Gynecologist to join our thriving private practice in Madison, WI.

For nearly 80 years, we’ve proudly served the Madison community as an independent, physician-owned, multi-specialty group. Our collaborative and supportive environment empowers physicians to build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, while shaping their own approach to care.

What We Offer:

Flexible scheduling: Most providers work 3–4 days per week
Home-based call, shared equally among OB partners (1:6 rotation)
Each OB also takes 1 in-house Hospitalist call every 1–2 months
Ideal mix of private practice with resident support at the hospital
Close collaboration with the University of Wisconsin Department of OB/GYN subspecialties
Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits

Employed physician role with opportunity to become a partner (1–2 years to physician ownership)
After-hours nurse triage service handles the majority of calls
Group surgical blocks and scheduled off days

Practice Environment

Clinic location: Madison, WI

Collegial, multi-specialty group with family medicine, pediatrics, internal medicine, podiatry, and behavioral health support.

On-site : sonography, X-ray, lab, dietician, lactation support, and physical therapy

Epic EMR integrated with local hospitals
